FPI assumes the original hand tool manufacturer’s lifetime warranty for the mechanical parts of the tools, provided that they have been used only for their intended purpose.
Insulation is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original shipment. Insulation is guaranteed to pass the testing requirements specified in ASTM-F1505 & IEC 900 standards for hand tools rated for application to 1000VAC / 1500VDC.

Gloves are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and have been tested in accordance with ASTM D-120 specifications for voltage rated gloves. Gloves are guaranteed to have been tested & date stamped within 12 months prior to shipping and preserved sealed prior to issue to allow for a 6 month service cycle before re-testing is required.

FR garments & accessory items (hard hats, face shields, safety glasses) are guaranteed to have been tested and found in compliance with their respective specifications and to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Products are tested to meet ASTM and where applicable IEC standards governing their respective categories.Flash Protection, Inc.’s only obligation under this warranty will be, at FPI’s sole discretion, to repair or replace any part proving defective, or to refund the purchase price.

THE OWNER/USER ASSUMES ALL OTHER RISKS, IF ANY, SUCH AS THE RISK OF ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT.

Electrical Protective Equipment should not be used by workers without complete and detailed instructions and training by the purchaser and/or user specifying the correct and safe use and care of such equipment.

Authorization for return of merchandise must be obtained in writing from our office in Mishawaka, IN. A restocking charge of 25% will apply on all materials returned for credit, provided such goods are in a saleable condition. Returns for stock adjustment may be made at no penalty with an accompanying order of equal or greater value, provided such goods are in a saleable condition. Custom products or specialty items may not be returned for credit. Products may not be returned for credit more than 12 months after the original date of sale.
